Eco has been contracted by the USACE since 2018 to conduct Groundwater Quality Monitoring at the Fort Wingate Depot Activity Northern Area in McKinley County, New Mexico. Groundwater Monitoring includes performing quarterly groundwater level gauging, semiannual groundwater sampling, producing monitoring reports for each groundwater sampling event, and updating to the Groundwater Monitoring Plan annually. Eco produced and updates as-needed the Health and Safety Plan (HASP), Accident Prevention Plan (APP), and Contractor Quality Control Plan (CQCP), as well as participates in weekly project-update and planning meetings. Water Quality samples are collected using approved sampling methods and techniques, stored in appropriate containers, and transmitted to the approved laboratories for analysis. Eco prepares each monitoring report in coordination with the USACE to ensure accuracy and quality of each deliverable. Once the final version of each document is approved, Eco produces all hard copies and electronic deliverables for submittal to the regulatory agency for review and approval.
