Founded in 2001, Eco & Associates, Inc. (Eco) is an SBE and Woman-Owned business providing a full range of environmental engineering, planning, consulting, and construction services. Eco’s workforce includes engineers, planners, computer program specialists, and scientists with additional technical experts on call to provide surge capabilities when needed. Eco prides itself on providing responsive services to public sector clients as evidenced by several contracts awarded to us non- competitively.

Our small business status is one of our greatest strengths. We offer senior staff dedicated to projects, and who understand needs and requirements, and standards necessary for successful project completion. Our highly qualified staff offers services covering geological, environmental, and related engineering fields. Their multi-disciplinary expertise includes hydrology, geology, engineering, soil physics, microbiology, environmental science, GIS, CAD, BIM, and software engineering.

In the course of implementing environmental remedies, Eco is frequently called upon to provide construction services. As a licensed general contractor in California, Eco provides services ranging from small construction tasks associated with on-going projects to large-scale construction projects and design-build efforts. We also provide construction support services as the Client Representative, interacting with the contractor on Quality Assurance/Quality Control, materials testing, design review, and revision tasks.
