This YPG\/USACE project was performed for a client in\u00a0preparation for building demolition activities and demonstrates Eco\u2019s\u00a0capability to mobilize and provide consistently safe, high-quality asbestos, and\u00a0LBP survey services for any size of the project assigned to us. Over a performance
period of 1,095 10-hour working days Eco conducted asbestos, LBP, mercury, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and sampling surveys for 175\u00a0structures ranging in size from 100 square
feet (SF) to 90,000 SF (1,018,000 SF\u00a0total). All materials suspected to contain asbestos in concentrations >1%,\u00a0and LBP at concentrations \u2265 1.0 mg\/cm2 (tested via an XRF analyzer)
were\u00a0assessed. Confirmation dust wipe and paint chip sampling of asbestos and lead
was performed, where needed.<\/p>

In addition to developing a highly detailed Workplan, Eco\u00a0prepared a Site-Specific Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP), Waste Management\u00a0Plan, Site-Specific\/Task-Specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP), and Quality\u00a0Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). We provided a total of 175 final reports
that included tables, figures (drawings\/maps), laboratory reports, photographs,\u00a0and certificates of qualified persons to document building descriptions, work\u00a0activities, and investigation results. After all work was approved and\u00a0finalized, a DVD was sent to the YPG that included a GIS file containing an\u00a0ArcMap of all the buildings, and a reports folder containing 818 PDF report\u00a0files
with executive summaries, figures, tables, and photos.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
