Environmental Compliance
Eco utilizes a team approach in responding to client environmental compliance needs. The environmental compliance staff consists of a multi-disciplined team of engineering and science professionals with the necessary compliment of support staff. Each team member has compliance experience, combined with environmental engineering qualifications in specific media. Certain staff have prior regulatory agency experience as hazardous waste and water programs compliance professionals or inspectors. Working together, Eco completes a systematic review of permit conditions, operating records, standard operating procedures, and corporate policies. In addition, a thorough site inspection and review of all process and manufacturing operations is conducted. The audit team then completes a systematic determination of the status of compliance of the facility with appropriate regulatory requirements.
All auditing and due diligence activities are carefully defined to provide clients with the maximum assurance under existing state and federal “self-policing” policies.
